You have to understand everything is different after the opening!! Yes it will give a lot of wisdom, feeling and intuition but understand it’s scary. You can’t meditate anymore without getting in trance. If you go to sleep, you will feel like your in some sort of vortex. Listing to brainless music is not possible anymore, buying stuff will not make you happy anymore. Also eating is harder, and gives me belky pains. When I go in nature, I hear the wind, I hear the animals, you might think this is good, but understand you can’t turn in off. When I’m in a restaurant I hear everything what is being said, it drives me crazy sometimes complete overstimulation. I’ve opened my eye 5 days ago, and I regret it. A full chakra cleansing and balancing is important first To be grounded and then open each chakra point from the base – up then to concentrate on the third eye. When I first started as a child, I would take a tarot card and study it. Look up its meaning and examine all the symbols or drawings for the card. You need to have a certain flexibility within your consciousness, which can go either way – negatively, or positively. It’s either a gift, or a curse, depending on how you use it. Clear out everything that you know to be wrong, beginning today. You need some ethical structure and discipline. And, you need a loving support network. And, finally, just be prepared for what you will experience and manifest in your life. *Yamas & Niyamas The Yoga Sutras The Yamas and Niyamas originate from the very well known text ‘The Yoga sutras of Patanjali’, which many yoga teachers or teachers-in-training will have attempted to decipher at some point. Patanjali is known as a sage, but it’s very unlikely that one man wrote these texts – and far more likely that the texts are the culmination of what a group of Patanjali’s disciples wrote over a period of time. Without going into too much detail – the Yoga Sutras are essentially less of a deep and philosophical book like many may think, and more like a guide or instruction manual on how to live in order to advance along a spiritual path towards enlightenment. This is a very sweet and wholesome article, making it seem safe and natural to open the third eye. But let me tell you that if you experience any success in opening it, your experiences will not be sweet or natural. To a realm where we do not belong, and do not have the knowledge or tools to be safe. It is essential it is done for the right reasons in the right way. Over stimulation of one chakra upsets the balance. It is imperative to open all seven chakras on the main line from crown of head to root of spine. The Kundalini lies coiled and asleep in most humans at the root. Once awakened and arisen the Kundalini will truly enlighten and the third eye will be open. The third eye can be opened first but it will be unbalanced until all seven chakras are open nd balanced. Everyone’s experience with ‘opening the third eye’ is subjective to the individual. The experience of the process is directly related to ones karma(energetic predisposition based around past thought and action carried in the subconscious yet vibrating in the aura from birth forward)that they carry in this life. So it is not good or bad, but subjective to one’s karma. However, the process will inevitably happen at some point in one’s soul sojourn. Whether this happens in this life or not is also subjective. And if the act is conscious in doing so, then, yes, it is advised to seek guidance from an experienced individual. Otherwise, karma, regardless of how ‘good’ or ‘bad’ it is will become more prominent in your psyche. This happens due to increased prana or life force (which is needed for activation or ‘waking up’ process as it doesn’t just happen by chance).
